1. Use of the App

By downloading and using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the App immediately.
1.2 Eligibility:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
1.3 User Conduct:
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
- To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership:
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Covex Apps, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
2.2 License:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Covex Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App on your mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Data and Privacy
3.1 Data Storage:
All data inputted by the user, such as habits, activities, or preferences, is stored locally on the user's device. We do not transmit your data to our servers or any third-party services.
3.2 Payment Information:
If you choose to make a purchase within the App, payment information provided will be processed securely by RevenueCat, our third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
3.3 Privacy Policy:
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
4.1 No Warranty:
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
4.2 Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Covex Apps, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; and (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party.
5. Modifications to the App and Terms
5.1 Modifications to the App:
Covex Apps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
5.2 Modifications to Terms:
We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will post the amended Terms on the App and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1 Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Covex Apps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6.2 Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction in which Covex Apps operates.
